Contribution Notification Form

This form is to notify JCF about a contribution you are sending to a JCF fund. This form does not authorize the transfer of any assets. Please contact your financial institution for instructions on how to transfer the assets to JCF.

Make your check payable to Jewish Communal Fund and write the fund name in the memo portion. In an effort to ensure the safety of your contributions by check, we request that all checks be mailed to the following addresses for processing:

Please note that a fee of 1.99% plus $0.49 per transaction will be deducted from all debit/credit card transactions. All credit card contributions will be available in your fund for grant-making within 2-3 business days. JCF will mail a tax receipt for the full amount of your donation.

To contribute cryptocurrency, the assets must be tradeable on Coinbase Prime. Please consult your tax advisor, as the IRS requires a qualified appraisal. To initiate a transfer, contact Igor Musayev at [email protected] with the name and symbol of the cryptocurrency and Igor will provide the appropriate wallet address. Send a test transfer, and once confirmed, complete the full transfer. JCF will sell the assets during business hours, with proceeds typically available in your Fund within two business days. An acknowledgment letter will be issued for tax purposes. To claim a deduction, file IRS Form 8283 (Section B). JCF must sign this form.
