Once again, our enemies have struck on a sacred day; a day that should have been celebratory is now filled with remorse due to the murderous attack Hamas terrorists have inflicted on Israel. The images and reports of a staggering number of deaths, casualties and hostages are horrifying. We pray for the victims, their families and for all of Israel.
While the situation is still unfolding, organizations throughout the Jewish communal world are mobilizing to help Israelis in need. We know that you too are ready to respond through your generous contributions. Our partners at UJA-Federation will share updates on the response, and they have created an emergency fund. To support this relief effort, recommend grants to UJA-Federation of New York, and in the purpose field write: This grant is for the Israel Emergency Fund.
